Dr. Ajit Singh is the Founder & Director (Operations & Academic Affairs) at the Institute of Health Economics and Policy Research (IHEPR) and Founder & CEO of CliMed Research Solutions and Curio, India. He holds a PhD in Cardiology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and has developed a multidisciplinary career at the intersection of clinical research, health economics, and digital health innovation. He currently serves as a Research Scientist with Indian Council for Medical Research, contributing to national-level research initiatives and registries.
Dr. Singh has authored over 50 research publications across cardiology, cardio-oncology, and infectious diseases, and has been actively involved in international clinical trials as an investigator and site coordinator. He is also a reviewer and editorial contributor to reputed global journals. His academic and research excellence has earned him international recognition, including grants and travel fellowships from organizations such as the European Society of Cardiology and American College of Cardiology. Through IHEPR, Dr. Singh is committed to advancing global education, research capacity, and policy-driven healthcare transformation in HEOR, HTA, and real-world evidence.

Dr. Richa is a seasoned Life Sciences professional with over 18+ years of industry experience, predominantly on the consulting side. She serves as CEO & Co-Founder of Dual Sphere Consulting and President (elect) of the ISPOR India Mumbai Chapter. Her deep expertise spans strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, market access, and pricing, with specialization in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real-World Evidence (RWE), patient preference studies, and health systems research.
A respected thought leader recognized with the HBA "Then and Now Award" and the Asia's Women Leader Award, Dr. Richa has contributed to 50+ publications and has been a guest speaker on over 70 prestigious platforms discussing HEOR, AI, and leadership. Notably, she is an author for the upcoming Pharmacoeconomics Guidelines for India. Her leadership is distinguished by her ability to foster cross-cultural collaboration across the global healthcare ecosystem.
